A Property + Project lawyer, Alissa’s expertise lies in the realm of drafting and negotiating agreements. She enjoys the challenge of working to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties to a transaction.
Alissa is currently working on projects in the Australian energy sector, with a particular focus on energy transition. She is passionate about the race to net zero carbon emissions and building a reliable and resilient power grid.
Prior to joining Law Squared, Alissa worked at a small boutique firm in Melbourne where she gained broad experience in the areas of banking and finance, property law and commercial litigation. The skills she has picked up has allowed her to bring a holistic approach to transactions and she brings the ability to identify commercial and legal issues in all phases of a transaction. She strongly believes in having genuine interactions with clients and is committed to understanding the challenges clients may face in the rapidly changing energy market.
Beyond the legal world, Alissa enjoys cat spotting, trying a new Ottolenghi recipe, watching documentaries about nature + space and checking out the latest exhibition at the art gallery.
