Tell us a little bit about yourself
Hi, I’m Natalie and I am enthusiastic about all things disputes + litigation!
I enjoy formulating a strategy and investigating leads to achieve an outcome for my client, and I’m always conscious about costs and keeping a commercial approach front of mind.
Tell us about your career journey so far and what led you to Law Squared
I have worked in litigation for over 12 years, with half of that time-based in Sydney and the other half based in Perth.
I have largely worked in high volume litigation for insurance companies, mercantile agents and finance companies. In the past 12 years, I have practised predominantly in New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia and most recently am becoming acquainted with the Victorian and Queensland jurisdictions.
I’m grateful for the opportunity provided by Law Squared which allowed me to return to Sydney to continue my passion as a disputes + litigation lawyer.
Natalie joined Law Squared’s Disputes + Litigation team in 2021.
Tell us about some of the clients you work with and the type of work you do at Law Squared
I am currently working with two international motor vehicle finance companies assisting with litigation for debts due pursuant to asset loans/chattel mortgages together with actions seeking orders for the delivery or seizure of secured collateral.
I am also working with an ASX listed company assisting with litigation to enforce credit agreements and recovery of unpaid invoices due pursuant to the credit agreement.
Our team and I also have experiencing in working with insurance companies to assist with litigation pertaining to motor vehicle, residential and commercial subrogated claims in both recoveries and settlements and other general insurance matters.

Outside of work, what do you love to do, and where would we find you?
Outside of work, with twin girls aged three, you would likely find me at the nearest park or play centre. When possible, you will also catch me at the cinema, a concert or at the theatre.
