Nine Years of Growth and Gratitude

Do you remember where you were in March 2016? For me, it was sitting in a Melbourne co-working space having just launched 'Law Squared' and preparing to deliver "Lunch & Learn" sessions as a part of my strategy to win clients. Its surreal to think how far we've come.

As I look back over the year, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible team I have the privilege of leading, their dedication and shared commitment to our vision has been invaluable. But I also want to take this moment to thank you, our clients and supporters, for being a vital part of this growth. Your trust, support and belief in our mission have been central to our growth, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you.

From the start, our goal has been to create a workplace founded on collaboration, transparency and meaningful relationships — with our team, and with you. Like any growth business, we’ve seen highs and lows, opportunities and challenges, yet we've always held to our vision of creating a true alternative to the traditional law firm model and changing the conversation that people have about lawyers.

We've also remained true to our exclusively fixed-fee model. With no time as a metric of performance or billing, we remain one of the only law firms of our size - globally - to operate this way. Our model is built around giving clients transparency and control, and its something I'm very proud of.

Law Squared is changing the profession for the better, and we're proud to be the law firm that our clients choose for legal support, advisory and legal technology services.

We are excited to continue growing alongside you and remain as energetic as ever about finding new ways to deliver value. I promise, our tenth year will be full of dedication and even some surprises - watch this space!
