Lianne works as a Commercial Lawyer in the Corporate + Commercial team at Law Squared.
Before joining Law Squared, Lianne gained valuable experience working as a commercial lawyer in general contract work, IP law, online law and employment law. She has also spent three years specifically working as a commercial and retail leasing lawyer in a property team at a law firm where she has assisted both landlords and tenants in a range of leasing work, including high level reviews of commercial and retail leasing documents. Having worked with and assisted a variety of clients including startups, SMEs and large enterprises in a wide range of industries, Lianne is able to provide accessible advice that focuses on the client’s needs and stage of their business.
Since joining Law Squared, Lianne helps in managing Law Squared’s leasing portfolio, including large project management, drafting and advising on lease documents and providing complex lease advice to major Australian and international brands. Lianne also assists with IP matters including managing trade mark applications (both Australian and international) and providing advice in relation to trade mark adverse reports.
Outside of work, Lianne is a mum to Liam, her 6 year old son, and Sunny, her 16 year old cat. She is also an amateur baker, avid bookworm and passionate foodie.
