Nam brings experience in Human Centred Design, Product Management, Process Optimisation, and Change Management and holds a Global Executive MBA from Monash Business School.
With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Nam works closely with in-house legal teams to transform their operations, empowering them to achieve peak performance whilst optimising their tech investments. By harnessing the full potential of existing tools like Microsoft and Salesforce, he enables legal teams to optimise workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive data-driven insights.
Through his leadership, Nam has helped some of the largest in-house teams deliver Matter Management, Contracts Management, and Reporting and Dashboard solutions to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and improve cross-functional alignment, all while keeping costs down.
