Norm is a Property + Project Lawyer at Law Squared focusing on projects in the Australian energy sector.
Since joining Law Squared, Norm has gained practical experience in the Commercial + Corporate, Disputes + Litigation, and Employment + Workplace Relations teams through the completion of the 2024 Graduate Program. This has provided Norm with a strong foundation in commercial law.
Before transitioning to law, Norm spent eight years in communications and change management roles within the technology sector. This experience honed his ability to align stakeholders with competing interests, driving momentum on complex projects.
With a Bachelor of Journalism, a Master of Communications and Media Studies, and a Juris Doctor, Norm brings a unique blend of expertise and strategic thinking to the Property + Project space, particularly in navigating the challenges of energy transition initiatives.
Outside of work, Norm values family time at home or exploring his local area. He also takes part in running events across Victoria, often combining them with weekend getaways.
