Sarah is a lawyer in the Law Squared Disputes + Litigation team.
Sarah joined Law Squared as a member of the Law Squared Graduate Program in 2024. Prior to joining Law Squared, Sarah worked for several years in legal policy, with a focus on technology law reform and innovation in the legal sector. Sarah’s previous experiences in policy provide her with the ability to communicate complex legal issues in simple terms and consider the long-term practical impact of legal decisions. Her areas of interest include commercial litigation, AI and technology law, and general commercial law.
Leveraging her expertise in stakeholder management, Sarah works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies and outcomes which align with the commercial goals sought by clients. She actively listens to clients' concerns and perspectives, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
Sarah is continually finding opportunities to enhance her legal skills and experience. Sarah is the 2024 Victorian and National Golden Gavel competition winner – an achievement that challenges lawyers to develop public speaking ability and consider the entertaining side of serious legal concepts. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah finds joy in getting outside with her golden retriever, Disco, DJing at local venues or events, and working on creative craft projects.
