Sean joined Law Squared’s Corporate + Commercial team in 2024, having previously gained experience in both private practice as a commercial lawyer and in-house as legal counsel for a state-owned entity. In addition to dealing with general commercial matters, Sean has experience in property and leasing, loans and securities and estate planning, as well as sales and acquisitions of businesses. This diverse knowledge and his mixture of private and public background has allowed him to understand the need to balance legal risks with business objectives and to maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Sean has a friendly and calm personality, which makes him easy to speak to, but he remains driven in helping businesses by acting as a trusted advisor that provides commercially sensible resolutions.
Sean enjoys immersing himself in our clients’ businesses and becoming an extension of their teams. As an LSaaS Relationship Manager, he is focused on understanding the business’ wider objectives and how he can assist in working together towards a common goal.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his partner and baby daughter, exercising and watching sports, reading non-fiction books, working on the vegetable garden and exploring the world.
