Swetha brings over five years of experience across property, corporate, and commercial law, advising clients across infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, developments, compulsory acquisition and all interests in land.

Having worked across major infrastructure and renewable energy projects in New South Wales and Victoria, Swetha has developed a genuine interest in renewable energy and enjoys the complexity and human dimension the work brings.

Before joining Law Squared, Swetha built her experience across private practice, in-house, and government roles, including acting for local councils, managing a national leasing portfolio in the telecommunications sector, and advising on commercial contracts and corporate governance for private and government clients. That breadth of experience allows her to approach every matter with a well-rounded and commercial perspective.

Swetha was drawn to Law Squared by its commitment to doing things differently and its genuine focus on people, not the billable hour.

Outside of work, Swetha can be found cooking up something ambitious in the kitchen, picking up a new language, or spending time with family and friends. She is also an avid gamer and enjoys the creative outlet gaming provides her.
