People Partner

Dimi is a People Partner in the People and Culture team at Squared Group, partnering with leaders and teams across Law Squared, Cubed by Law Squared and Tetra Claims. She brings 17 years' experience in HR, with deep expertise in learning, capability building and organisational development.

Dimi has worked across a diverse mix of sectors, including telecommunications, insurance, government, logistics, education and not-for-profit, with organisations such as Telstra, IAG, Australia Post, Victoria Police, the EPA, Deakin Prime and the St Vincent de Paul Society. This breadth gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to build capability and culture in organisations of every shape and size.

Passionate about helping people grow, Dimi takes a practical, people-first approach to everything from recruitment and onboarding through to development and performance, and enjoys finding smarter ways of working that make a real difference to both employees and the business.

Dimi holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Human Resources and Management, is an AHRI Certified Practitioner, and is currently completing her MBA.

Outside work, Dimi is a mum of three and can often be found at a Pilates class.
