Ella's experience spans commercial contracting, marketing and trade promotion compliance, competition, privacy, environmental and employment matters. This has given her a practical understanding of the regulatory and commercial pressures that shape fast-moving consumer industries.

Having worked across commercial perations, people and culture, and legal, Ella understands how legal advice lands inside a business. She knows the value of advice that is clear, timely and easy to act on, and she enjoys working closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and find practical solutions to their challenges.

Outside of work, Ella is a self-confessed foodie who is always on the hunt for Sydney's newest restaurants. She also loves getting lost in a good book and unwinding with time spent in nature.
