We have deep legal experience in complex property transactions, including working with landholders, encouraging landholder engagement, land access agreements, licences and options to lease, purchase and easement terms, litigation and compulsory acquisition, as well as being leaders in digital and project management tools to support legal planning and mobilisation.

We take a phased approach to energy and infrastructure projects, providing services that include:

- Prepare and negotiate all land access agreements and interests in land including options, easements, purchases, licences and leases, and document voluntary compensation agreements.
