We take a phased approach to energy and infrastructure projects, providing services that include:

Scope and develop project plan, including key milestones and stages
Develop project process map
Identify and anticipate risks and controls

Obtain necessary approvals to transition landholders to compulsory acquisition phase
Issue notices and offers of compensation in accordance with relevant acquisition legislation
Advise and represent clients on compulsory acquisition claims for compensation
Represent clients in litigation for disputed compensation claims under the relevant acquisition legislation
Prepare and negotiate all land access agreements and interests in land including options, easements, purchases, licences and leases, and document voluntary compensation agreements.
Undertake detailed file management via the Law Squared Landholder Platform to create single source of truth for reporting
